Charlie Aligaen is a self-taught artist. Born in 1972 in Manila, Philippines Charlie took to art as soon as he was able to hold a crayon. Throughout his childhood, Charlie developed an appreciation for his majestic surroundings. He would often sit in trees for hours with a pencil and a pad, or doodle Calvin and Hobbs on school desks. Years of artistic expression made it clear that Charlie's life would be centered upon his passion for art. After high school, Charlie was already self-employed Airbrush Artist while attending University of Colorado in Boulder where he enhanced his skills.

After College he worked for the C.H.E.K Institute as the Resident Artist from 1998 to 2003.  His job description was to provide Exercise Illustrations and Anatomical Drawings.  Last project he completed for the company is the Best Selling book Eat, Move and Be Healthy by Paul Chek.

Charlie has moved on to Airbrushing on Metal including Trucks, Motorcycles, and Helmets.  He's current venture is Silk Screen Printing t-shirts.  In the process of fulfilling clients t-shirt orders, Charlie have designed, manufactured and sell his own Silk Screen Press: The Gator 101 1 Color 1 Station Press.  His mission is now to Teach others how to make their own t-shirts for a Hobby or to Start their own Silk Screen Printing business.
